Marketing Your Practice

Treasure Towers Receive Praise in New Marketing Manual for

Health Care Practitioners

David Brisco, a professional marketing practitioner from Newport Beach, CA has a new book out titled, " Practice Building - Low-Cost Community Marketing Techniques for Health Care Practitioners."  His book is a comprehensive manual directed specifically to dentists, doctors and other health care providers and is written for the purpose of helping them market their practices.

He contacted the developer of the Treasure Tower and asked to include it in his book.  He thought we had an amazing program for rewarding patients and felt it was a great marketing tool as well.

The book is now available for distribution.  We are featured on page 61.  Here is what he says about us:

"Reward the kids, win their parents --  When I was a little boy, I would visit my grandparents and they would offer to take me out to lunch and let me choose the restaurant.  I always chose
Clifton's Cafeteria in Los Angeles, and for one simple reason...I knew that they had a "treasure" chest filled with sawdust and toys, and after eating lunch (and having been on my best behavior), I could dig into the chest and pull out a toy.  Lots of doctors’ offices still use a toy chest to "bribe" young patients to encourage good behavior.  Oriental Trading (you can find them on the internet) provides pre-pack chests that are quite inexpensive.  I am much more impressed by Treasure Tower Vending, they provide colorful vending machines that offer toys and other trinkets in sanitary plastic eggs.  With a Treasure Tower your staff gives out "good patient" tokens and kids can take plenty of time making their choice without wasting valuable staff time, making a mess, or touching all the toys (and spreading germs).  The Treasure Tower folks place the machine at no cost to you, and they do all the refills.  There's even a premium program for adults, and the cost is no more than the typical toy box.  I'm so impressed I've put one of their brochures in the back pocket of this manual for you to review."

In the side column - there is a highlighted box that reads, "I love it when a company takes an old idea and makes it better, and Treasure Tower Vending has done just that.  They place a colorful, fun machine in your office, service it, save your staff time and effort, and the cost is no more than the old stand-by toy box!

The Treasure Tower brochure and another full page letter of endorsement are the only pieces of info included in the back pocket of the manual.

Here is what his endorsement letter says:

Dear Health Care Provider;

Please take a look at the attached brochure from my new friends at the
Treasure Tower.

This system is great for your office.  It provides rewards for both kids and adults, and it is clean, efficient, and saves you time and money.

Why should you contact
Treasure Tower?

-      Your staff does not waste time ordering and cleaning up toys since the
Treasure Tower representative takes care of restocking.  And no more broken toys since each comes in an individual capsule.

-      Costs no more than the old, jumbled toy box, but not as messy, and no more broken or unwanted toys.

-      The attractive dispensers are colorful and fun for your patients.

-      No need to supervise children while they make their choice.  One token means one toy and they can take as much time as they want to make their choice, so your staff is free to continue working.

-
Treasure Tower reinforces good behavior and lets you focus your patient on the anticipated reward at the end of their visit.

-      The system is sanitary and prevents patients from spreading germs.

The
Treasure Tower is a great example of taking an old idea and making it better.  Your patients will love it, your staff will thank you!

Special Note:  I endorse the Treasure Tower program because as a marketer I know that you need to sell your patients both before they come to your office, and after they have arrived.  Treasure Tower is a wonderful way to encourage and reinforce good patient behavior, which makes their visit a happier, more productive one.  It is a fun and sanitary system that saves you money and staff time.  As a professional marketer, I cannot imagine why a medical office would not adopt this wonderful patient incentive system.  I do not receive compensation from Treasure Tower for this endorsement, but I have included Treasure Tower in my marketing manual because it is one of the most effective and inexpensive ways to market your practice that I have ever seen.
